Your portal is the accurate answer. As a starting point:

The estimate shown in the portal for the request type you pick
  • Content updates: same day to 1 day
  • A bug or broken element: within 12 hours
  • SEO or metadata: 1-2 days
  • Design changes: 2-4 days
  • A new page or section: 3-5 days
  • Site down: same day
Urgent? Anything that takes your site offline is treated as urgent and jumps the queue.
